Although Covenant of the Phoenix has been in existence far longer, the official Guild Charter was formally enacted on March 29, 2007. Our Charter acts as more than just a series of rules; it sets forth and codifies our underlying beliefs and ethics. It provides the foundation upon which our guild was formed and guides us into the future.
It is for this reason that we have chosen March 29th of each year to celebrate as Founders Day. It is the day on which our founding beliefs were codified and presented the world.
