    From B1:

Healing potions: rather than giving 10 hp as specified in the official rules, they give hp equal to your healing surge value.

Combat around corners: When fighting an enemy around a hard corner (the corner of a hallway or building, for instance), melee and ranged attacks are made at a -2 as the defender is considered to have cover.  NOTE:  This is the official rule and is a change from the way we had been handling melee combat around corners, which was to disallow any melee attack around a corner, and how we handled ranged attacks, which was to give no penalty).

Cover: gives you a +2 to defenses; applies when you are fighting around corners, from behind a small tree, from behind a piece of furniture or behind a small wall.

Superior Cover: gives you a +5 to defenses; applies when you are protected by significant terrain, such as fighting through an arrow slot, grate, portcullis or behind a window.

Administering a potion to an unconscious or immobilzed companion: this is a standard action.

Drinking a potion: this is a minor action.

Flanking: two attackers flank an enemy (and both gain combat advantage against that enemy) when they are:

    1. in squares adjacent to the enemy and

    2. they are on opposite sides of the enemy and

    3. they are both able to attack the enemy (whether or not they actually attacked the enemy)

I point this out because I believe that at one point in a situation with Draos I erred and did not allow combat advantage when I should have

Combat Advantage:  The following situations give an attacker combat advantage against a defender:

When a defender is . . . (page references are to the Player's Handbook)

    Balancing (page 180)

    Blinded (page 277)

    Climbing (page 182)

    Dazed (page 277)

Flanked by the attacker (page 285)

    Helpless (page 277)

Prone (melee attacks only) (page 277)

    Restrained (page 277)

    Running (page 291)

    Squeezing (page 292)

    Stunned (page 277)

    Surprised (page 277)

Unable to see the attacker (page 281)

    Unaware of you (page 188)

    Unconscious (page 277)

Opportunity Attacks:  using a ranged weapon, a ranged power, or an area effect power while adjacent to an enemy gives the enemy an opportunity attack.  This is the official rule.

Readying an action:  You can ready an action to perform when a specific triggering event occurs ("I ready my crossbow to fire as soon as I see an enemy in range")

Delaying a turn: You can delay your turn until later in the initiative order.  You must delay ALL of your turn (standard, move, minor and free actions).
