I'd like to schedule a liason meeting with the chapter leadership for mid-May (preferably some time during the weeks of 5/8 or 5/15). The entire leadership team is invited to attend, but the full team is not necessary as long as one leader can attend.

I am available most nights from 9pm Eastern time. Please post what date and time is most convenient for your chapter. The meeting should take no longer than 15 minutes unless there are issues that you would like to address during the meeting. The purpose of the liason meeting is to see if there is anything that the overall guild can provide to your chapter to help you, to discuss any issues or questions you may have regarding your chapter or guild and to maintain contact between the chapter leadership and the overall guild leadership.
