The idea of this combo deck is to resolve Pyromancer's Ascension and then get two counters on it. After that, doubling your spells means you win counter wars, have twice the burn and Call to Mind can let you go infinite, returning two spells, including a Call to Mind.

Sideboarding:

Gitaxian Probe comes out against aggro, where you want Pyroclasm to deal with small creatures like Elves.

Combust and another Into the Roil helps you battle the Splinter Twin combo decks.

Flashfreeze comes in against Valakut.
