Here are the links to the officially released 1.4.7 clients/mods for Minecraft:

• Minecraft 1.4.7 Client / Server: http://www.minecraft.net/download
• MCPatcher HD: http://www.minecraft...cher-minecraft/
• Misa's Texture Pack: http://www.minecraft...c-texture-pack/ (not yet updated)
• REI's Minimap: http://www.minecraft...is-minimap-mod/ (not yet updated)

For any of these files other than the Client/Server, make sure to follow this process:
EX: REI's Minimap

1. Click the link above for the mod / texture pack you like to download.
2. Scroll down and click "Download Rei’s Minimap 1.4.7 Mod for Minecraft 1.4.7"
3. Click "Skip Ad" in upper right corner
4. Save your file.

Please do NOT at any point click the "DOWNLOAD" or "DOWNLOAD HERE" buttons, as those are always ads.

I am just happy that the official release has been made. Now we can get to work, muahaha.

I believe that Bukkit is now updated for 1.0.0, from what I've read...

If we do end up with an official CotP hosted server, that would be most excellent. (nudges Damis)

This game is awesome, even after Elric breaks the blocks out from under you, allowing you do drop like a rock to your death at the base of his home...

As of today (12-1) there is no bukkit update...they are still officially on version 1.81 and holding. There are many folks using the current dev build for 1.0 instead right now, but it's still buggy and alot of plugins do not work on it yet...

I have updated the links above for Misa's texture pack and for MCpatcher, to accommodate for 1.2.2.

Patch 1.2.3 is out, which address a few things.

It has not yet been applied to our server yet as it adds a couple of other bugs as well.

Yeah, I know. Minecraftmine.org just seemed to be more up-to-date than most MC sites out there. The original forums posts are not always updated on the Minecraft forums, and they are very complicated with how they were posted. The links I put from Minecraftmine.org are pretty straightforward, and worked well.

Also, if you notice the link - they didn't put the version numbers in the URL. That means the same link will work for updates like 1.2.4. The old forums and other sites use version numbers in a longer URL, so we have to redo the link every single version. This way was much simpler.

is there anyway we could host the download links on this website, since most of those links are insane with the Jeepers download services they the makes use with about 300 download links on the page and you have to guess which one wont take you to crazy pop ups?

Yes and no... We could certainly do that, but it would need to be done manually every single time... Which of course means someone would need to be checking those threads every day or two to make sure we are up to date. The nice thing about the links provided is that they automatically show the most recent version of those files, so we don't have to go digging to find them (or ever replace outdated URL's).

Try clicking on the links Warped. It may say 1.2.4, but if it is available the link takes you to the 1.2.5 page. The whole reason why that site is used is because we don't have to update the URL's every time.

I did change the topic title, but the URL's stayed the same. That's kinda the idea, good sir.
