If you are referring to 'DUST 514' the FPS game that ties directly into EVE online universe. Where you are a mercenary to either wipe out or defend planets that are under attack. Then the answer is no, it will only be available on the PS3 at launch. CCP has said that Microsoft was unwilling to work with CCP to provide the type of network access they would need to interact with the EVE online universe, whereas Sony is willing.

The best rumor mill talk that has gone around is that it will be available on the PC only AFTER the Sony exclusive contract is up in x?x number of years.
