My only republic character at this point is my Counslor ( i cant think of how to spell this lol) Scape. I have a slew of toons empire sides but the guild is falling apart due to lack of interest. Last week my brother in law asked me if i wanted to level republic with him and we are having fun.

I have been playing mmo's since eq1 was in its original content. Eq1, Dark age of camelot, eq2, and the better part of a decade on world of warcraft. I have done everything in WOW from casual to hardcore raiding. When WOTLK came out my wife was pregnant so i decided that i was no longer going to be what we called a hard core raider. I enjoy SWTOR a lot but am finding that without people to talk to, I would rather sleep on the couch with the tv on in the evenings lol. I am leveling as a healer to try something different and am enjoying it. Ju'dah and I spend more time pvping than leveling because we are already sick of the grind lol.

since DAOC I have gone by the character name or some version of Skape. unfortunately Skape and Eskape are already on my toons on the empire so you all get Scape. Original huh?

IRL: I live in the Washington dc area am 31 years old, have a family and am generally a happy person. I work for my families glass company that my grandfather started 58 years ago.

I've played MMO's since I was a child, I remember playing EQ1 not too long after it came out on March 16th 1999. I've played EQ 1 and WoW off and on for a little bit, however, MMORPGS are not my only genre so I play an assortment. I am currently a student and reality takes over my cyber life any day. I don't like guild's with restrictions on that so I was happy to hear that this guild understands. However, I am still trying things out and getting a feel for it. I have been in very little clans mostly because I hate how some clans function and their objectives usually are never seen eye-to-eye with other or there is power/control issues. Last clan I was in was on APB Reloaded where I was a supervisor. I am here to have fun, talk here and there, and participate in some guild events since on Tera it is important to be in a guild when on PvP servers.

I'm applying to be a member of the SWTOR Republic Chapter.

I was recruited on The Fatman by Syce, who did a great job explaining the background and goals of the guild, and it appealed to me as an older woman who gets sick of the kiddos with their constant whining, vulgarity, and mother jokes in general chat.

I have characters on four servers; a 50 smuggler, a 42 Bounty Hunter, a new Jedi Knight on The Fatman (Iamilye, currently level 12), and another Imperial character I can't think of at the moment. Sorry, getting old jacks with your memory. The other servers are slowly dying, so my husband and I rerolled on The Fatman before it gets full, and so far, so good.

I'm 41, and I started MMORPGs with EverQuest a LONG time ago, and have since played EQ2, SWG, Guild Wars, WOW, LOTRO, Vanguard, DDO and I think that's it. My husband and I love SWTOR and we've been having fun with it since it came out.

We have jobs, kids, and lives, so tend to play on weekends. I work as a defense contractor compiling oral histories of US officers with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and play games to get away from politics, arguments, Facebook and the general nastiness of the world. A long-standing guild of older members across various games appeals to me, and I wholeheartedly accept the terms of the charter. Although I personally am fluent in three languages - English, sarcasm, and profanity - I will shelve that third for my interaction with the guild, and keep the second polite.

I heard about Covenant of the Phoenix through your recruitment ad in TERA's official forums. I was attracted to CotP in particular because of your founding principles of loyalty, honour, and brotherhood; because of your stated recognition that real life takes precedence; and because of your no-tolerance policy towards trash talking and profanity.

I am a 32 year old from Toronto, Canada who's hobby has always been PC gaming since first playing King's Quest I in all its 4 colour glory back in the late eighties (yes, I am getting old). My preferred gaming genres are MMOs, RPGs and strategy games. I have played multitudes of MMOs starting with DAOC back in the day, as well as many others like EQ2, WoW, AoC, WAR, Rift, STO, SWTOR, EVE, and others that I'm sure I've forgotten.

I am a self-reliant player who likes to figure out systems and mechanics and solve problems on my own. I usually play tank or healer characters and enjoy helping others and working to ensure my groups' success. I have been having tons of fun in TERA escorting PUGs through all the dungeons on my Lancer.

I am looking for a large guild full of camaraderie where I can make some friends and have fun grouping up for dungeon runs or some epic PvP battles. I have a low tolerance for drama and petty politics and hope CotP feels the same.

I have a gaming headset and mic and currently have Vent installed, although I am happy to install Mumble or whatever else may be required to communicate effectively.

I'm 39, married, and have gamed since EQ1. I've also played EQ2, LOTRO, SWG, Star Trek online. I've been in casual guilds and power raid guilds. At my age nowadays I like to be in bed at a reasonable hour instead of raiding into the wee hours of the night. However I do still enjoy grouping and raiding far more than solo content.
