Can I pay for my monthly subscription with Station Cash™?
No, at this time, players will not be able to purchase monthly subscription or game time with Station Cash™ in EverQuest or EverQuest II. Station Cash™ is limited to in-game items only.
In a ninja move SOE removed the ability to pay for your subs with station cash from eq2 yesterday, and eq the day before that.

that sucks, i use a CC myself but it really sucks for those of you that don't.

i would hope the game cards work for subs still. i know many folks that use then instead of CC. I know the last time i used one it had the option of getting station cash or a months sub. if i understand right it's just the station cash you can't use for your sub.

they prolly did this due to the fact that when they offered the triple station cash people prepaid for a year for next to nothing.

hhmm, just checked in game on the market place and i can still buy a sub with station cash it is just under a differant option

That's what I did. Last December when they had a triple SC day I got a one-year sub for basically $30.
And the prepaid cards wouldn't count I would think, considering when you enter the code you can use it for either 30 days OR station cash.

Yeah, you can choose to have either Station Cash OR a Sub for 30 days. They put it back on the marketplace for 1 week, after that all bets are off. I paid 5 bucks for silver membership and bought a bunch of unlockers. So i don't have to worry about the membership costs. However - many people do and for some their credit card companies refuse to do business with SOE and have them tagged as FRAUD still in their system.
