I am fixing to be back on medical leave for a few months with shoulder surgery again so I will be in game a bit more. If anyone needs assistance with anything let me know. I am currently on light duty which consists of Mon-Fri, 9a-5p until my surgery date. I should be on most evenings 9p - midnight EST if anyone needs anything. Working on getting me a new headset so I can get into mumble a bit more. Yeah I can get by with a $15 Wal Mart special however I would prefer to drop some nice bills on something that will not make my head hurt after a short time of using them. Any of you guys got any preferences?

I have a couple that I like and have used recently...

Currently using the H-530, I like them both.

The behind the head headset is a bit more comfortable.

I am using Plantronics myself, can't remember model, but they have the traditonal stero jacks, love them.

I use the p21 turtle beach headset, its the best microphone i have ever used. Its designed for ps3 and they have a new model out in the px21. Im looking at upgrading to Z6a for PC use only

You could always try a bluetooth like headset (wires suck) . Probably don't get the best sound out of it but could use it just for talking.

Looks like I am having the surgery next Thursday so I might not be around for a few days while I start my recovery.

Grrrr, and of course the week of my surgery and my new pc decided to take a dump on me last night. Last weekend was the dryer.... now the puter.... whats next? Maybe its a sign that I don't need to do the surgery this week....lol

well I had to open my mouth and the AC went out last weekend.... luckily I was able to fix it myself with a $15 part. It was a sight with me trying to work on that thing with one hand. That AC unit caught alot of agro from me lol.
