A storm ripped through are area and now I don't have internet. Mediacom is sending out a tech on Wednesday to fix the issue. I fail to understand how the storm took out our internet since everything is buried.

Well, I am leaving work and internet access now and heading home. /sigh

Well next time maybe your family shouldn't hog all the bandwidth...
Perhaps they won't be as prone to shut you down!
Its obvious that they are using state of the art BwH (Bandwidth Hog) detection software.
