The UO T2A, The Second Age shard.

With the lack of population and a few other things on the IPY server, I looked and found a different server, which a couple of us are taking a peek at.

This is a T2A server and has three times the active population. In looking around, the economy seems active as well.

There are mounts and of course T2A.

They allow three accounts to be in game at any given time, by the same person and Razor is standard.

The server FAQ page has a lot of good information for those interested.

Time to get some taming going and grab my old Ostard. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Cheers

What do you gain for transfering servers? Does the population really make that much of a difference

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave

safely in a well preserved body, but rather to

skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting

"HOLY SHI* .... WHAT A RIDE !"

The economy seems very healthy and it does remind me of a fun time in UO.

I want my nightmare and Ostard =)

So far in the 2 days that I have been here, I feel all warm and fuzzy. For me the population helps to make the shard look like the old days.

I got PKd on a 20 minute old character, by a fellow and his friend. The blue guy cast a moongate into the doorway of the small house I was checking prices in, the pk popped out and killed me and ran back inside, it was pretty funny. :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3:

The positive from the death? I walked to the YEW bank, rezzed and found a bunch of magic stuff that someone had dropped. I also found a vendor house with a public use black dye tub. :D :D

Agreed, this server is much more active and I am having a great time in the new lands.

I don't see myself going back to the IPY server.

I'm discovering UO for the first time here and I'm loving it. Will be much happier when I can catch up to the rest of ya and actually do stuff with you, but I'm close. Little more work on my taming and I'll be there. This is fun.

You know the great thing about UO is you can hang with anyone anytime, there's no level restrictions. That being said with low stats you might find yourself saying 000o0o0 o0o 0 o oo00oo from time to time but it's all good.

81ish for Lava lizards and I think the Hell Cats are 84ish.. Unless you mean the little tiny ones, they are kind of cool but squishy. Man you are catching up I am just shy of 82 taming and better stop slacking before you pass me by.

Resist and med are the last 2 I need to really work on that are macroable. I've got my Eval Int to 98.1 and am working the rest of my Animal lore right now, it was in the 80s at lunch.

Will finish those 2 out over the next couple of nights. Then I'm on the road for the next 4 days. Hoping to get with y'all finally by the time I get back on Mon night.

Based on the boards it stops at 55 with FF.

Then you need to do Energy Bolts and Flame Strike to get it higher.

Resist skill explained.

Sweet, it's a great era of UO that they have maintained on this shared for some time and plenty of active players to make it interesting.
