    Progression

Progression raids begin at the predetermined time. Invites will begin 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the scheduled start time. You must be present and prepared prior to start time as replacements may be invited  as early as one minute past the scheduled start time.

Raid leaders will seek fill-ins from our Free Company before turning to outside sources.

The Crafting and Gathering static of the FC will help provide FC Groups with Food and Potions that are needed for raid, however, this will be an arduous process as well a time sync for those involved and any donations to the FC, either in Gil or Mats, are gladly accepted from the raiders to help supply these items. If Raid members are wanting specialty food/pots or different than what is provide those raid members are expected to provide their own food and potions. If food and/or potions are being provided by the Raid Leader / Free Company you are expected to obtain an adequate quantity prior to the scheduled start time. Raid Leaders will have access to these foods/pots from our FC chest and will be able to hand them out prior to raid which it is very important to be on 15 minutes before raid begins.

Raid leaders will determine the mechanics learning strategy prior to entering a new encounter and will provide links to any guide and/or videos that are to be reviewed prior to the scheduled start time.

All raid team members are expected to have content unlocked and ready to enter prior to start time.

Raids leaders may add additional rules/policies within their own specific raid groups to help with their progress. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your specific raid leader, Pus’n Boots (Formally known as Skiye Lotus), or one of the other FC officiers.

    Raid Loot Policies

Raid loot rules will be determined by the raid leaders and will be announced at the start of the raid.

Player Expectations: Non-Progression to Medicore Groups

    • Respectful and mature conduct

      • show up on time (This means 15 minutes early unless previously discussed with your raid leader)

      • provide criticism in a constructive manner

      • be open to constructive criticism

    • Understand and adhere to the raid policies

    • Have the ability to listen (and ideally speak!) in Discord

    • Have a strong grasp on your specific job in order to meet checks

Repeated failure to comply with the above expectations may lead to dismissal and permanent replacement.

If any player feels as though they have been wronged or disrespected by a raid leader or a fellow player, please notify anyone on the leadership team.

    Player Expectations: Hardcore Groups

These groups are few and far in-between and have a different archtype of player included in these. Most of our normal policies will apply, however, as these archtype players are used to more stressful and hostile conditions, most of this will be handled ENTIRELY by the RAID LEADER. As free company leaders we do not condone nor support disrespectful attitudes or demeaning behavior, if you truly feel this was done to you inside of one of these groups within our FC please reach out to a FC leader immediately so we can address the situation in a timely manner.

Raid Content to be tackled by Static 8 Man Groups

    •  Omega – Starting in 4.0

We consider these runs to be easily puggable, and do not schedule them:

    • Normal mode raids

    • 24-man content

    • Story / Hard mode primal battles

We consider these runs to be moderately challenging, and run them on “*bridge” nights:

    • EX Primals that don’t drop gear that is currently an upgrade

    • Coil Of Bahamut (All 13 Turns Normal and Savage)

    • Alexander (All 12 turns Normal and Savage)

*Bridge nights are nights that are free of raid events to allow players that have completed content to either farm old content or help individuals in the FC that still needs clears of current or older content.

**Bridge nights are not currently scheduled on specific nights, hopefully with the return of more players and once the raid nights have been determined 100% we can work on having a static bridge night
