One is place anywhere and other is place in a Pot. So any acct. Without a deed should only have to go to bank and claim item. That should give u the tickets for the next raffle. This is a one time thing. Over 600 deeds are going to be handed out. All u need is a beginning acct. To be elligible. I may enter the raffle again for PoT tickets and plan to offer winnings out to those who lack property. If we have more than one person I'll have to figure out distribution post-winning something!
