If you have not experienced one of these meetings then you're in for a real treat. This is where we look at how the guild over all is doing and the health of each chapter and where we see ourselves going As the new year begins. There is some information I need to get from you about your chapter: Avg daily active membership. Avg membership over the last 30 and 90 days. Avg Raids per week Avg PvP events per week Avg RP events per week Avg Crafting/Building events per week Is your chapter RP, PvE, PvP or Crafting/Building centric? Is the Chapter growing or shrinking? Avg consecutive game activity per leader? Game stability and future updates Any other information you think is important to your chapter Your opinion on chapter outlook. Hopefully Spryone can pop in and verify/correct as I believe he's been steadily active. Avg daily active membership. 2-3 Players, not always on at same time during the course of a day. Avg membership over the last 30 and 90 days. Need to pop in to see numbers, but total membership has been relatively stable. Avg Raids per week 0-1 Avg PvP events per week 0 Avg RP events per week 0 Avg Crafting/Building events per week 0 Is your chapter RP, PvE, PvP or Crafting/Building centric? No focus at the moment. Presently a loose affiliation with no ultimate goal. Most members are pursuing some form of crafting, and groups within the organization are most typically formed for PvE outings. Is the Chapter growing or shrinking? Roughly stable, though small. It tends to grow and shrink interchangeably with the release cycles. Avg consecutive game activity per leader? Fairly low. As mentioned, I just came back to the game. Previous leadership in game (Inseril) passed the mantle to me. I've not seen him since I've been back. Game stability and future updates Game is currently in Early Access but fairly stable. Lot of work yet to do, but their funding is relatively secure compared to other Early Access games I've seen. Sizeable updates are roughly monthly with many small patches per week, so the devs are very active. Any other information you think is important to your chapter -- Your opinion on chapter outlook. I foresee the chapter remaining rather small and steady for some time. The game itself seems to have a rather dedicated following, though I see limited growth to new audiences given the game's current incarnation.
